The unprecedented growth of First Commercial Asset Management Division in 2011 has now seen its movement to a dedicated and specialised office in Brisbane. This includes all new technology support systems for our management processes and client reporting.

The First Commercial team celebrated their second birthday today. First Commercial has grown from a team of just 4 staff in October 2009 to over 23 staff today and is still rapidly growing. Not bad for a company that started from scratch 2 years ago. The team has been very successful in navigating tough times over the last two years and we continue to grow from strength to strength with a strong client base and ever growing property management portfolio. Angelo Efstathis Managing Director of First Commercial Realty said his team have done a great job in gaining a solid market share over the last two years and he looks forward to doubling this market share over the next 12-18 months. The First Commercial Team set off for Jupiter’s Casino Gold Coast on Friday for an unforgettable weekend.
The weekend was designed to stimulate and test each staff member. Greg Ritchie, former Australian Cricket Player and popular Media Personality, opened our conference with a very entertaining presentation.
The First Team, with the help of Managing Director Angelo Efstathis and Team Coach John Highman, reviewed our performance in 2011 and began setting objectives for 2012. With our goals in place we also began planning how best, as a team, to achieve them.
Numerous positive and significant ideas came out of this meeting ensuring First Commercial Realty will remain ahead of its competition and as a market leader in the Commercial Real Estate market.
After a successful day of planning the team bonding began with a fiery bowling competition, followed by some relaxing activities and hilarious surprises all in the name of team spirit. The weekend’s aim of bringing us together as a team was successfully achieved taking First Commercial Realty and our company vision to the next level.
